For those of you that are not active in our "Members Area", I thought I should let you know that the Sunday morning rides are now in full swing. The Eagle regulars are meeting at 9-00 am at the Castle pub Woodford for a few hours of fun.

Think we may have spotted a couple of 'Sunday Riders' this morning in Goodmayes. If you were that couple and were hailed by a passing silver Meriva with cries of 'Up the Eagles!' it was me. Sorry if I alarmed you, but I grew up with that cycling jersey. Ivy and Gerry Lumsden's daughter, Su Read xx
