End of season evening meal

Not so long ago Tony put forward a suggestion that a post racing evening meal might be a good idea to get everyone together to celebrate a very successful season for the ERC.

It would be great to get us all together for some cycling chat / banter/ debrief the past season and make projections for next years achievements!!

Following on from talks at our last committee meeting we have agreed the date shall be Wednesday 28th October.

We would like to make this an annual event, so for this year we will be holding the evening at Chongs Chinese restaurant situated at 170 Station Road Chingford, E4 6AN, Tel; 020 8529 3988, which is almost opposite Chingford Main Line Railway Station.

Social ride from the Clubhouse

Following on for our successful clubhouse clubruns, Sunday the 25th Oct has been suggested as the next rendezvous.

At the last run we mentioned the idea of having two seperate groups; both doing rides of 3 hours but one group doing a shorter and therefore slower ride.

It would be good if you could mention whether you are coming or not, as that will encourage others to come along

I have not had too many confirmations from our "fast men", so this may well be a gentle ride around the north essex lanes.
